Guild Mortgage Company, the leading mortgage company in the Western United States, has quickly grown to over 1,300 employees in the last several years. Guild wanted to transform their existing static web properties and employee tools into a complete social ecosystem that would support the recent company expansion.
After a 2-month Discovery phase, theLIFT developed a strategic social roadmap for Guild to rollout in phases over the following year. The new ecosystem includes a completely redesigned Home Office site including a Social Media Newsroom, Blogs for all branches and Loan Officers, maintained social media channels on all major networks.
